To build Bhairav Dham in Vrindavan as a model animal-welfare sanctuary where rescued dogs and cows can receive medical care, dignity and lifelong protection, while the community is encouraged to practise compassion, service and coexistence.

Operating theatre

A proposed sterile, air-conditioned surgical room for sterilisations, trauma and orthopaedic surgery, with anaesthesia, monitoring and autoclave facilities.

Recovery area

A proposed monitored post-operative ward with padded kennels, IV support, warming and 24/7 nursing through critical recovery periods.

Paralysed & special-needs shelter

Proposed lifelong boarding with non-slip ramps, physiotherapy, canine wheelchairs and pressure-sore care.

Isolation shelter

A proposed segregated quarantine ward with separate access, PPE, footbaths and dedicated equipment.

Dog shelter

Proposed clean, sunlit boarding with open runs and group play yards for healthy and recovered dogs awaiting adoption.

A hygienic cafeteria with indoor and shaded seating for visitors and volunteers.

Supervised feeding stations, educational panels, an adoption corner and a small amphitheatre for school visits.
